In this interactive session, participants will learn:

A breakdown of how criminals think, what influences their decisions, and how to make yourself a hard target.
• Basic Strikes & Power Moves
Simple, effective attacks that work for all body types- no experience required.
• Escapes From Common Grabs & Holds
Step-by-step training to break free from wrist grabs, ground holds, chokes, and other common assaults.
• Defensive Skills & Reaction Drills
Movement, positioning, and strategies that put you in control and help you create opportunities to get away safely.
Participants leave feeling more capable, more confident, and more prepared to protect themselves and the people they care about. No prior training is required.
