Warrior Intensives

Focused two-hour self-defense training for real-life situations.

$35 per participant

Event Overview

Warrior Intensives are focused, hands-on training sessions built around one specific self-defense or personal-safety topic.

Instead of trying to cover everything in one class, each Intensive gives us time to slow down, break the situation apart, practice the skills, and help you build real confidence using them.

Each monthly Intensive is offered twice on the first Saturday of the month:

Morning Session: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM

Afternoon Session: 12:30–2:30 PM

Both sessions teach the same class. Choose the date, topic, and session time that work best for you.

No previous self-defense or martial arts experience is required.

What to Expect

Each Warrior Intensive may include:

  • Situation-specific awareness and prevention
  • Strong posture, boundaries, and verbal interruption
  • Defensive movement and positioning
  • Striking pads and training equipment
  • Escapes from grabs, holds, or restraints
  • Partner drills and guided practice
  • Scenario-based decision-making
  • Strategies for creating space and safely exiting

The exact curriculum will depend on the selected Intensive topic.
