Gig Harbor Self Defense (GHSD) – Terms and Conditions


Class Registration & Refunds

  • Classes are refundable up to 14 days prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be issued after this date.
  • Classes may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the event at no additional charge, one time per registration.
  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund. Public class no-shows may reschedule for a $25 reschedule fee. Private class rescheduling requires contacting GHSD directly; a booking fee up to $250 and costs of any additional expenses (ex: location expenses and travel) may apply. 


Product Purchases & Returns

  • Physical products may be returned up to 30 days after purchase only if the item is defective. Proof of defect is required for a return.
  • Digital products (including online courses, downloads, or other digital content) cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
  • Pepper sprays and stun guns must only be purchased by those 18 and older. By accepting the terms and conditions, I attest that I am over the age of 18 at the time of this purchase. 


By purchasing classes or products from GHSD, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
